We really enjoyed our stay in the King Executive Suite and loved the size of the room, the big windows and the layout. The bed was very comfortable and the hotel was quiet. Our dinner at the restaurant was incredible - limited menu but excellent dishes, beautifully presented and good portion sizes. Things I think the room are lacking: a coffee table in the couch/living room area, a small kitchenette (sink, microwave/toaster), a dresser for clothes and some artwork/decorations.

First off let me say that not only is the service top notch, but despite me needing to reschedule due to illness, they rescheduled without any hesitation. Every employee we interacted with was polite, attentive, and helpful. As Americans, it's always embarrassing to me how brilliantly bilingual others are when we are not. Communication was seamless thanks to their impeccable staff. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and modern. The bed was insanely comfortable. Beautiful Lake view. Coming from the US, we picked a small and easy border crossing which made the location super convenient to get to. I am ready to book my trip back. The good at Le Greg was some of the best I've ever had and unexpected. Portion size was perfect, everything was cooked exceptionally. The variety of dishes available was also wonderful. Worth the trip just for the restaurant itself.

Very nice hotel. Quiet, comfortable, good service and good food. I don't usually eat at hotels, but this is an exception. The views were nice either of the lake in the front or the golf course in the back, which is what I had. I enjoyed taking a few business calls from the balcony at my room on the 4th floor. When in the area, I would recommend staying here.

We recently stayed at Cache Lac Champlain Hotel, the room was well appointed and very clean, but the highlight of our stay was the dining lounge, superior menu, premium presentation, pleasing atmosphere. Would definitely recommend. However we were concerned with the shower in our room, once the tile gets wet and soapy it is EXTREMELY slippery, very dangerous in our opinion.

If you are looking for a Zen place to recharge your batteries this is this the place. So beautiful whether you are facing the lake or you are facing the golf course. The town is so lovely and it offers so much including an easy walk to many amenities. We will be back and strongly recommend visiting this area and this hotel.

Beautiful location. Very clean rooms with comfortable beds and pillows. Quiet hotel minus our toddler crying. No negative comments! Front desk was very nice and the restaurant was great although we only went for breakfast. If you are planning to eat dinner there make a reservation ahead of time otherwise you may not get in.
